The best part I really appreciate was the follow up call that just let me know I don't have a balance, the car was returned in good condition, and he asked how my experience was. Nope! Weeks later they send you threatening letters about hail damage (during sunny weather?) , despite not having any check-in inspection forms, pictures, etc. They likely are dinging people's insurance for deductibles to pay off their older cars before they sell them. This is criminal activity directed specifically by the management. It's also common nationally for this company.

The counter where we picked up our rental car was slow and there were three separate lines that went to the same counter. This ended up causing a lot of confusion and frustration. The car drop-off was very easy and took only a few minutes. We got to choose from a variety of cars. The reservation matched the car that we drove off in. The car was clean and comfortable.
