The only reason I needed a rental car is due to a rear-end accident and the person who hit me was insured by USAA. So this was covered under insurance and the ONLY reason Enterprise Rent A Car had my credit card number is because you have to use it for the (damage) deposit. It is November 2nd and the accident was the end of August. So everyone who used Enterprise should check there account very closely as this company will obviously try to money any way they can!!

We made a reservation at DIA to pick up a car on 8/09 around 3pm. On our behalf, we were not aware that we had to have a credit card at the DIA location. We did not have one on us at the time so the lady asked if we had tap. My husband had to come out to the car to get me because he wasn't aware I had tap pay for my credit card. So we go back in and another lady says no you can't tap, have to have the physical card. Story goes on, we reserve a car at the Longmont location to be picked up around 9am on 8/10. One of the employees calls around 8am to tell us the vehicle we reserved was not going to be available. He also told us that the agents over the phones after hours don't have full access to what cars will be available so they just match you to whatever you request. For trip planning this is very inconvenient so agents should not be booking whatever they can.. So at this point we asked how they could make this right because nonone from enterprise can give us the same information! He says oh nothing we can do. Okay fine. So Avis thankfully made it right and had a large SUV available. We had more issues getting a vehicle in Colorado as residents than we ever did in Texas as non residents. Looks like we will no longer use enterprise. You guys may have competitive pricing but competitive customer service also matters!

The shop had to call them several times for them to remove the charges off of my account. I guess it worked them that they were not getting any money from me also because at the end of my rental after I filled the tank up with gas, they charged me $16.00 because they said I was one gallon short. $16.00 for 1 gallon of gas! Who does that? Hertz does!

Unfortunately I am now having troubles finding a vehicle for today since it's last minute/day of. If you don't have vehicles then you shouldn't be taking reservations; had I known this was the case I wouldn't have wasted my time filling out the online reservation forms, etc. and could have gone elsewhere to secure a vehicle.
