Customer service was exceptional, despite snow, the car was given to me ready to roll. Beautiful car, easy on gas, handled the Cumberland hills with ease. Was able to hook up my phone with a USB cable no problem. The car was clean and superbly functional, perfect for my needs. There was a place in the dash that worked perfectly for my EZ Pass transponder. Will definitely trust Enterprise again. Paid with my debit bank card with a 'clean' copy of my last power bill (no balance forward). Returned the car as I received it but for the inevitable snow and road dirt. When I returned, I packed up my stuff, gassed it up, and dropped it off, placing the keys in the night drop box. Full deposit retuned! Great Experience all around! Thank you Enterprise New Castle, Delaware!!

03/24/2026 Overall I…read morerented a Mercedes-Benz SUV because my car was in the body shop. Enterprise called me for pickup toward the end of there day. Went to pick the car up and it was super busy and raining very hard, Representative gave me the keys and a walked around the car, however, it was raining very hard and dark outside so the walk around was super quick. Drove the car home not even 2miles and parked car, when I got up in the morning to drive car, I notice a crack in the mirror took a picture and notified Enterprise the damage and the tire pressure that indicated very low.. The Rep stated will note that I called and not to worry...Next thing I received a email from Collison Damage Department finding me liable for the damage and going to bill my insurance company. Called Enterprise about the issue and the Manager Day was very rude, telling me his employees do a theory walk through and my phone call was not noted AND he said I could of damage the car when I left the lot that day or the next day...VERY UPSET HE EVEN MADE THAT STATEMENT!!!! Contacted Collison Damage department sent the picture and call log to them.. I was just informed via call and email that I am not liable for the damage. That situation really stressed me out and New Castle Enterprise was no help to me. Moving forward they should really look at there cars before renting them out and stop blaming customer for your employees mistakes.... Never received Apology from the Manager either..
