I highly recommend not going here, unless you want to be screamed at by the middle aged man behind the counter. I recently made a reservation for this location for a 3 day trip I had planned. I prepaid and did the prevarification online before getting there, hoping that would make it an easy process. I couldn't have been more wrong! After arriving at the location, I walked up to the door to find it locked, no "be back soon" or "out to lunch" sign on the door and no one in sight, I knocked, no answer. So I went to the next door down since I could see someone at the hertz counter from the hallway. I asked the very nice lady behind the counter she knew where the person from Avis was, she replied "oh he's still gone? He left like 20 minutes ago. I'd try calling the number on the door." So I did that, which was just corporate reservation desk so they weren't able to help or get in contact with him. After waiting another 20 minutes he finally shows up, no apology for the wait or how may I help you, just a "what do you want". I give him my name and ID, and he tells me to insert my card. I asked why since it was prepaid and how much it was going to be (I'll admit, I had a bit of an irritated tone). He clearly didn't appreciate that and said never mind I'm not going to help you. I said "Look man I've been waiting here over 20 minutes for you, I just want my car so I can get out of here." He then started yelling "YOU'RE A LIAR! I WAS OUT THERE FOR 7 MINUTES! I HAVE THE PAPERWORK!" (Starts over aggressively pointing at my rental agreement on the desk) "YOU'RE A LIAR, IM NOT GIVING YOU A CAR, POLICY SAYS ITS UP TO ME!" He then started to come around the desk, not wanting to get screamed at more or punched, I went outside and called customer service. Which is also terrible, that's a whole nother story. I've now been waiting for 5 days for my refund, so I'm out over $300 and never got a car. I wish I had gone with hertz. read more
