Our connecting flight was delayed in Dallas…read moreand I contacted the local Evansville airport branch and informed them of the delay three separate times. I was told there was a 24 hour hold period and not to worry. My flight would arrive an hour before this deadline. We arrived and went to the desk and spoke with the branch manager, Tifanie Treece. She said our reservation had been canceled and she could not do anything. Ot was winter time, my wife was In a wheelchair and we had 4 bags. I asked to speak with the male I had spoken with on the phone. She said he was off duty and she was the manager. She left us stranded in 20 degree weather and my wife with a serious disabilty. I contacted corporate office and was contacted the day before our return trip, too late to fix anything. The trip was ruined with no rental car, I had to infringe on family to loan me a vehicle. I will not be using Enterprise at the Evansville airport again. Enterprise has usually had good service.

    Initially the employees were friendly, super easy check in, even got a free upgrade. I asked if it…read morewas possible to add an additional driver to the car. I was told "Absolutely, just go to any Enterprise with the additional driver and their license and they can call us here and add them on for you!" I went to a different location later that day with my boyfriend, asked the Enterprise associate if we could add him on, they called over to the airport location and it was taken care of in under 5 minutes. I asked if he or I had to sign anything and was told "Nope, you're all set!" When I returned home a few days later and checked my credit card, I had been charged $146 dollars for my 4 night rental. I had booked the rental through Expedia and paid $70. I tried calling this location directly and was placed on hold for 15+ minutes everytime I called. Got a hold of customer service and they said they extra $76 was the $15/day additional driver fee. Not one person told me there was an additional $15/day to add a driver, I never signed anything saying that I was aware of that because had I known, I wouldn't have added anyone. The customer service rep then offered me a $30 refund, which I refused. Shortly after he said he could give me a $50 refund right then OR he could send a letter to the manager of this branch for review and they would get back to me, but he couldn't give me a time frame. I refused out of principle since NO ONE TOLD ME IN 2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS THAT IT WAS DOUBLE THE COST TO ADD A DRIVER. I was told that I could "possibly" hear back in a week. I didn't hear anything, called again a week later and was told by a new customer service rep that the case had been marked as closed since the branch manager had denied my claim. But no one reached out to let me know!! She resubmitted my claim on a Tuesday and I asked when i could expect to hear back from someone and she said definitely by the end of the business week. AGAIN, one week later and I didn't hear back anything so I called and AGAIN was told that my case was closed without anyone reaching out to me. I was always under the impression that Enterprise was supposed to be a company based on great customer service but this was legit one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. Aside from the fact that I was charged double to cost for something that I was NOT informed of, they took no action to try and rectify the situation. A situation that could have been so easily fixed turned into a 3 week production over a stupid additional $26 and never using Enterprise again

    I rented a car over the Christmas holiday from this establishment. I paid the bill in full when I…read morerented the vehicle. Before I turned in the vehicle I filled up the tank at the Marathon down the road from the airport. When I got my credit card bill I saw an $18.85 charge from Budget on the bill. I called Budget to inquire about the charge and was advised that fill up charge. I advised the representative that the car was full when I returned it and she immediately stated the charge would be removed without any hesitation. My sister warned me to look for this charge on my credit card. I wonder how many people don't recognize this charge and Budget gets away with overcharging people for gas. Budget do better!!!

    Had to rent a car after my sister's funeral to get back to PVD and rented one from this Budget. The…read morelady at the desk was nice but very unprofessional. On her cellphone with someone the whole time she was checking us in. She told us there was a crack in the windshield that was barely noticeable and was already in their records so we wouldn't be charged for it. My wife and I go out to inspect the car and find that the "crack" is mor like a baseball hit the window so I took a picture. The inside was absolutely disgusting, I mean it was filthy and it smelled awful. There were kids toys, a cup holder from a car seat and even silverware strewn about. We took pictures and I go back to tell the lady, who says there are no other cars and I need to take this one but she wrote everything in on my account and told me that she was unhappy about the car not being clean and that I wouldn't be charged. But was too busy eating to come out and look at the damages. Whatever we take the car to get home from work and arrive in PVD. When we drop the car off we tell the worker everything and we were, again, assured it's in the system and wouldn't get charged. Fast forward to almost a month later, the week before thanksgiving. I received a letter from Budget stating that I was going to be charged $584.00 for the broken windshield. I called them immediately and was told they were able to reverse the charge. Two days after that the money is taken out of my account. $584.00. A week before Thanksgiving. So now we're scrambling trying to figure out how we're going to pay our bills, as well as Thanksgiving dinner because of Budget. I took the liberty to attach the not noticeable "crack" as well as what the gentleman in PVD wrote on the windshield. Thanks guys, I'll never rent from you again and I will be telling all of my family and friends.
