I learned from the first time to bring a letter from my credit card company to show proof of insurance coverage (must use that card as payment for the rental). The office is in an what looks like a temporary on-site building. Walk outside the airport and head down the stairs across the road. Both times we dropped the car off after hours (lock the car and put the keys in a drop box), and were called when the office opened to let us know everything was all set, and our deposit would be refunded (as expected). My…read moremum was going to pick me up but as it was arriving really early the next morning couldnt get there in time. I lived quite a way out at the time so public transport wasn't an option especially when I had a load of ski stuff in tow. As soon as their office opened I was there and they quicky sorted out a car for me to hire and arranged for it to be picked up from my home too. It wasn't especially cheap, but for me and my brother it worked out a lot cheaper and more convenient than any other way of getting home. Obviously cheaper if you book in advance, but great service and helpful staff.

That POS Toyota Prius was filthy and had a dent or scratched on every panel. The inside smelled like they were trying to cover an odor with a worse odor. I went to start the car and the key battery is low and getting a warning light on the dash. The alignment was way off and had to hold the wheel at a off angle just to keep the car straight. Here's a tip: if you don't rent someone the car in the description and offer one that's about to go to a scrap heap, don't charge them the full price!
