I think we've tried out all the taxis around Neath over the past few years, but this firm, which we…read moreused for the first time last week, has to be the best. We took it from where it was waiting opposite the railway station in Neath and the driver couldn't have been nicer. He was friendly, chatty and helpful and the car was comfortable, large and clean. He charged a bit less than we've paid before too. I've kept his card and we'll use this firm again the next time we need a taxi.

This all depends on which driver you get and which car. Some of the drivers are very off-hand and…read morescarcely speak to you; others (like the one we had last Sunday afternoon) are very nice. Some of the cars are pleasant and comfortable while others are a bit tatty and don't smell very clean. They don't usually arrive on time so we usually tell them our train is earlier than it is, then the 5 or 10 minutes difference don't matter.
