Unfortunately, to my dismay, when I went to the shop, Like New was closed. I figured I would need to use one of the "provider" shops, or worse yet... trust a shop with few reviews (and few workers), to do a big job on my Infinity 2013 Infiniti M56 Sport. After I resigned to one of my less ideal options, I learned that Like New was not gone. They just moved closer to me, and into a much larger location. And sooo much easier to get in and out of (that was my only issue with them... That difficult parking situation on Broad Street). Once again, my car looks brand new, with real OEM parts, and lights and equipment recalibrated, etc. Their painting is second to none (to me, that's so much of the costumer experience. Quality paint/painters makes the difference. If it matters to you, which is the important question here... IF IT MATTERS TO YOU... Don't waste your time or your money on a lesser paint, or on a lesser shop. Or one that might not necessarily have your interests first in their minds (think about it). Not a lot of services seem to live up to my hopes, or even expectations these days. Like New has. Twice now. Thanks!

Arrive about 4:45. Shop closes at 6pm. I learn nothing had been done. I was told the owner didn't give the ticket to the mechanic. I was asked to give them 25 min to complete oil change. They had the car all day. I asked for my keys & told them I'd never return. AAA auto repair for me. At least there will be good customer service

My friend always recommended Rosslyn Automotive so I decided to check them out. During this last awful visit to the dealership, they told me I needed a new car battery and that it was "in the red zone" so I better do it soon. I decided to bring it to Rosslyn Automotive to get it checked out. Not only did they not charge me to check the battery, but they were honest and told me I didn't need to change it until it takes a bit too long to start (probably when it gets colder). They also gave me a fair price (just parts plus $10 for labor) for when I do come back to get my battery changed. In short - I'm sold, I'm switching where I take my car to next time!

Tu does a thorough evaluation of car, a straight up explanation of the problem, and does his best to get the best prices on parts. I trust him and he works very hard on his craft.
