Huge place . Long walks depending on parking and where your room is at .Not much Big Trk Parking . I never could find the exact truck parking lot that was supposed to be on west side drove around and I could never locate it . If you drive a big truck 18 wheeler, you may get a parking place if you get there early in the day. Cafeteria staff was Exceptionally Excellent . I give 2 start due to cleaning issues of rooms . Distract Manager of the Armadillo was not very nice about my Service Dog . Tell me I could not have her with me . And implying my company didn't know I had her with me which they did . First words out of her mouth were you can't have that dog here and wanted me to know who she was . After the fact I checked in with my service dog at front office and showed all credentials on my dog. Typical power tripping Manager with a swollen head. After my boss called her and acknowledged that it was OK for me to have my dog with me through the company and an ugly me email she sent to my company. I heard nothing else about it. After she understood I wasn't hiding my dog from my company. The district manager proceeded to tell me that the dog must go with me that I couldn't leave her in the room which the dog goes everywhere with me. She finally excepted my dog was legit .

Since it is so hard to get our son asleep, we just flipped the mattress and slept on the back of the mattress with the sheet from our son's bed. We got up in the morning and went to tell the office. They had someone check it. He was wearing gloves when he felt the mattress. He said no it's not wet. He wouldn't smell it when we asked.

The linens are sparse, dingy, coarse, stained, and threadbare. Carpet is so nasty it turns feet black within minutes. The bedspreads and mattress pads obviously had not been washed in quite some time. The "full kitchens" include neither garbage disposal nor dishwasher, few utensils, few dishes. The pictures of room on their website are extremely outdated. The WiFi is hit or miss. The manager is nice; she agreed to have the carpet cleaned in my room. Unfortunately, all that amounted to was going over it once with soapy water then leaving it to dry (with sticky soapy water on it). It helped but only a little. The "hot breakfast" is not-so-much---the only things hot are coffee and a crockpot full of re-heated gravy. The only thing this place has going for it is it is the ONLY lodging in Andrews that allows pets. The fact that I had my pet with me and we're far from home for a job is the only reason I stayed.
