Well Winter came and went and the pile of leaves and grass clippings they left in September was and is still in the same place. It's now mid May 2023 and I've not heard anything from them since October 2022. Oh yeah, I've already sent them an email about two weeks ago telling them to never mind. No one ever advised what was needed for my lawn to take care of my issues. (AFTER READING MORE REVIEWS, SOUNDS LIKE THIS IS COMMON. TECHS DONT ADVISE AT ALL. THEY JUST LOVE TAKING MONEY) They just kept taking my money. I eventually quit service because I wasn't seeing results. Felt like I was throwing away money. After educating myself a little. Found out I have a paspalum issue. I talked to someone in the summer of 2024 who said "we don't correct that issue". Another month later. My neighbor had the same issue they had corrected by weed man. (Free because they also did not perform good service for her same issue) I decided to call weedman to see if there was a way to salvage my service with them and make things right. They came out, looked at my lawn and provided a quote to actually address my concerns (finally) After explaining this story to the representative. I requested a credit for my previous services that did nothing applied to the service I actually needed. That no one advised me of. I am not requesting money back and was even willing to go back as a customer. I was told by there rep Jose it was my fault as the customer for paying for the wrong service (I signed up for weed care. No one advised me). And they take no responsibility for not advising me of the care my lawn actually needed. Even though I called a ton to try and get my issues corrected / take care of my lawn. I happened to be home one afternoon washing my garage windows and I watched this gentleman cutting my neighbor's lawn. I was very impressed by the way he was mowing, trimming and making sure everything was looking good to his standards. I asked him if he was interested in another client. Lucky for me, once he finished up with my neighbor, he took a walk around my yard and gave me an estimate. (the price is compatible) I found the right place (MOWIT Lawn Care) and the right person, Rob, who takes the time to do the job right! He is very conscientious and takes pride in his work!
