I am 70 now....still active...but lawn care --something I've always taken pride in---has become…read moremore tedious to consider spending time doing...especially given climate change impacts, my health concerns, the grade and nature of my lawn. Given family concerns, home care, my dog's needs, my wife, my children ?? I always have SOMETHING to consider doing, somewhere to go....like all of us? It's just that "life" in general, sometimes gets in the way. We have used Better View for fertiliziing and turf treatments. But this year, I made the decision to let them handle mowping as well.....Eric has typically been my fertilize applicator, and the two guys who came the first time to mow, edge and trim? Chase and Bryce. The lawn has never looked better...and whatever "atomic" lawn fertilizer and lime that they are using? it must be radioactive! The grass is a deep green and thick! And it grows so fast! (I wonder....if I put some on my scalp....would it thicken my hair?) Anyway....Better View? You are a "class act" 5 Star company! My wife also agrees, as she says that it is always a pleasure when she needs to deal with administrative matters! So thank you Better View!

Disappointed is an understatement. I have been a loyal Mission Green customer for almost 6 years. I…read moreexpressed concerns about my lawn not looking good (lots of big brown spots) and was told I had red thread. Paid for the suggested treatment and saw no improvement. After mentioning my concerns, I was told it was still recovering from the red thread and that I wasn't watering enough. The houses on both side of me looked amazing and used a different service. So, after not having my voice heard I made the switch in August. Fast forward to yesterday....I assumed my lawn was fried as they said so I went to clean out the dead grass in order to properly add seed only to find my yard is infested with grubs. You know, the grubs that were supposed to be killed with the treatment I've paid for over the last few years with Mission Green. After losing half my lawn and being completely devastated at the loss of money with nothing to show, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt to fix it and standby their word. Only the joke was on me. They are only willing to treat and seed the areas if I rejoin them for the remainder of the year. So, continue to pay for a service that is not done properly or with the quality (proper products) they should be using. I wish I could say I was surprised by their lack of accountability but I'm not. If you want to throw your money away, cause more work for the DPW guys, Mission Green is the right choice. If you want a great looking lawn and a company who stands by their work, it's not them.
