I don't really even know where to begin. My friend lives in Vegas, I was staying at the Wynn. She came to see me and we decided (as women do) to go get matching hoodies. We were in conversation about how cute AN gear is, yet for some reason neither of us own any. We walked over to the store, 4 employees. FOUR! No one greeted us, no one asked to help us. Let's remember for the sake of the rest of this review-we are borderline recession, headed into a tough election year, and there was no one in the store when we came in, no one while we were there, no one while we left. I even went back and snapped a photo after we got coffee and they were all doing the same thing 30 minutes later. WOW! Must be nice to be a brand that doesn't actually have to sell anything to have stores. Weird. And now we never will own any:-( The two, assuming higher ups, sat behind the counter chatting about upcoming merchandise and branding. The two left to oversee the tiny little store just stared out into the atrium area like zombies. Look at the attached photo! Standing at attention staring out of the store like robots! ACCEPT after we touched something. Then they both came over to straighten the rack. After about 15 minutes of this I had to say something BECAUSE they would rearrange piles of hoodies we never touched. Remember no one has spoken to us. Not one hello or smile. So I said, "No one touched those." The woman said "I know." Ummmm ok. Could you make us feel anymore unwanted and uncomfortable? Really? While we are standing in front of them you need to refold merchandise that is perfectly folded? Not one: Can we help you find a size? What brings you in? Are you looking for anything in particular? Knowing my girlfriend and I we could have dropped $500 each (that is the cost on a set) to be cute and matching because, you know, VEGAS! Instead I will never wear Aviator Nation, because it apparently represents being a horrible, unkind, stuck up, to good for yourself human being. Brand recognition I will pass on. I will also pass it on! Great story I guess of how customer service represents in 2024. When we left we joked this was our Pretty Woman moment: The scene where Julia Roberts says, "I hav money to spend in here!" I mean we didn't say that because get over yourselves AN, but that was the feeling, looking around like WTAF is going on. I also want to note I sat on writing this for three weeks just to cool off a bit. I'm still completely floored anyone making a living doing this would operate this way. SMH. read more

I was staying at Resorts World on a business trip and while wandering around before my meeting I stumbled upon Aviator Nation, a cool store originating at Venice Beach with Rodeo Drive prices. Growing up in Venice CA I enjoyed the vibe of this joint. Celebrating the eclectic diversity of Venice Beach in a very large Resorts World complex was a bit strange, but then again former Venice resident Jim Morrison sang People Are Strange. read more

It just seemed to me like the 2 young ladies (employees) where a bit standoffish. I don't know if it was the way I was dressed but they just where not very good. My son felt the same vibe. One girl was on her phone most of the time texting too. read more

First time visiting this store and to the brand. The service was superb, but the clothing is highly addictive. The softest clothes ever!!! I'm going to check out the Laguna Beach location next, since I live super close there. I was here March/April, a few months ago. The store tidy and clean, you can't miss it, it's the most colorful store in the mall. If you want comfy lounge wear, give this brand a try!! The tops labeled "Las Vegas", grab those tees, they are exclusive to that location and limited addition. Highly recommended!!! read more

Theses are the best sweaters and sweatpants even. Fabric is super soft and pricey but worth the investment. I purchased a sweatshirt and my sister purchased two sweatshirts, trucker hat and shorts. The place and apparel is fun and vibrant colors. Staff was friendly and very helpful finding the right sizes and bringing stuff to the dressing room. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place has the worst customer service. I purchased a shirt from there only to EXCHANGE for a different color. They said that they are unable to exchange it because it was on "sale." I purchased it less than 45 minutes from the moment I asked for an exchange. The manager, dirty blond hair had no desire to help at all. She just stood there and said, "I can't." No wonder there are no customers in there. The quality here is horrible as well. I hope people are more aware of their horrible customer service before deciding to purchase from this overpriced ridiculous store. It is so unfortunate and so disappointing. read more

Bella and Hannah were so helpful the other day when my daughter and I went shopping in Aviator Nation (Las Vegas). They were very pleasant to work with and helped grab a better style hat in another area of the store that wasn't on the shelves. We will definitely be going back there next time we visit Las Vegas. I'll start by saying I really like this brand. I've bought multiple items from their Mill Valley location. This is a costumer service review! I'm a Vegas local and business owner so I know how I want my staff to treat clients. The Vegas Store is bright and colorful but the staff was ehhh.... I came in while the staff were in the middle of story time apparently by the guy that works there. He had to make it known several times that he would finish his story as soon as he had the floor again. No one offered help no one offered suggestions they giggled and whispered like high school girls the entire time. I believe 3/4 people working the floor and they all stood behind the desk and stared until I bought what I wanted. Not sure what you're paying these people but for the cost of the clothes I'm sure you can do better. Also one mirror for the entire store is strange. read more

the workers were so incredibly rude. i was looking at the shirts and every shirt i touched she would pick up and take away to go fold again. and i wasn't even leaving a mess of shirts. so i couldn't even look because she took every pile away. then my mom asked if everything or just the shirts were on sale and the other worker put her pointer in the air and makes a circle. doesn't even look at us or say the whole store. it turned us away to not buy anything. read more

I debated writing this review and sending another message to their corporate website... but after 6 months of waiting, I realized I would be wasting my time. I recently went back to this location for some Christmas shopping, and WHAT A SUPRISE - the same unhappy, lazy associate was working and didn't bother looking up from her phone. If it wasnt a young woman, I would post her image on this site for the store manager to see, but knowing this company - they more than likely don't care. Scanning barcodes and hanging clothes on hangers seems to be the worse job in the world because the associate looked like she'd rather commit suicide than be working there. Do better and hire people that can actually do their basic job functions and need money instead of unhappy, unmotivated mid twenty year olds read more
