I can't speak for others who hired Venator to do other types of work which may be totally different…read morethan the work I required. I hired Venator to install a 4" channel drain that was to replace an original 28 year old 1" drain that was no longer adequate to collect heavy rains and move it away from my patio. While Venator's proposal seemed to be promising to provide a much needed improvement, the end results were a big disappointment. A concrete opening had to be cut in order to receive the new Spee-D Channel drain along a 25' section of my concrete patio, but they cut the opening too small. They proceeded to trim the Spee-D Channel on the bottom to make it fit into the undersized opening, which compromised the integrity of the plastic channel and wasted time focusing on the retrofitting process. All they had to do was to cut an additional 2-3" strip from the concrete and the drain would have dropped into place as the instructions suggested. After numerous attempts to inform the owner, who refused to visit the site to inspect the work, he insisted the job was being done by "Industry Standards". His main communication was via Text. I kept him informed of the shoddy workmanship with the hopes he would come by to see for himself. That was not on his agenda, even after expressing my dissatisfaction with the job as it was proceeding. I was not given a dedicated day for the work to be done. It seemed like my job was fitted in after the workers finished on a previous job. The two workers showed up at 6pm on day one and worked until 8:30pm. Not being able to finish, they had to return the next day at 3pm and worked until 8pm. The two worked hard doing their job but it seemed like this was an exploration, not a familiar experience for them. The left photo is what the installation should look like if done correctly and the right photo is what was installed, after having to cut the bottom flange on the channel drain to force it into the opening in the ground. Unfortunately, you never know what results you will get from a vendor until the job is completed. I am sorry I hired Venator for this job and I do not recommend him for this type of work.

DO NOT USE ACW Landscapes! They advertise having "Christian values...and treating every client like…read moreour neighbor" but they DO NOT! The owner, Andrew Wardlaw, owes my 78-year-old mother $466 and refuses to pay her since she quit using ACW September 1. Furthermore, he ignores her calls and texts regarding this matter. Each month's bill included about $58 to accumulate and be used for pine straw purchase and spreading in her flowerbeds in December. Since she is no longer using ACW, she is owed this money. After seeing her so frustrated, I contacted Andrew on her behalf. He promised to mail her a Cashier's check. It's been a week and she has not received a check. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Don't go into business with someone who lacks integrity. Do NOT use ACW Landscapes!
