We had a lot of problems that were either not addressed at all or took a very long time to get fixed. We were unable to use our door for an entire winter and received no compensation for it. At the end of out lease we also found out that the first term not only says we need to leave two days early but we also don't get our money back for having to be out early. When I asked the manager why the answer I got was "because I can". So as I said, think REALLY hard before making the mistake of moving in... Lastly, if you don't have another option, make sure before signing the lease that your move out date is not a weekend or a holiday to prevent them from taking your hard earned money for no reason.
