Upon discovery of incorrect legal documents for seller financing, C&C did not take responsibility for mistakes. They refused to make any corrections and I had to pay thousands more in legal fees to catch and correct the mistake, and ultimately re-do the documents. When I asked for financial compensation for this, they said that they contracted the legal portion out to a real estate lawyer, so were not responsible for it.

I was told that the property manager would handle any and everything that I needed to take care of before I moved into the property (seeing as how I was 7 months pregnant at the time, I needed things to run smoothly)... needless to say, things did not. There still needed to be places in the house that needed to be painted... the appliances that they provided were less than operable (claimed they were purchased from the good will store, so there were no guarantees that things worked properly)... Then when my family ran into a serious financial burden, we were told one thing... but we were still evicted...even though there was talks of payment plans that never got accomplished because they passed the buck on to whomever was in the office that day! That was in 2013...I just received a summons to court for that eviction that has a totally different balance than what was previously owed!!! OUTRAGED!!! Do not!! I REPEAT... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
