Dealt with a receptionist on 2 occasions today , once on the phone and again but in person , and on…read moreboth occasions was shown no empathy nor concern for a teenager with severe mental health problems dealing with anxiety and suicidal thoughts , was pushed away both times , then fed a load of lies saying 111 would help my son with advice and medication the same as a doctor would , and all that was pure lies as she did not care that my son was ill and struggling , absolutely disgusting treatment to mental health , i am now in the process of leaving this surgery as they do not care

Visited A and E with a friend recently. Was shocked at the fact that I had to pay £1.20 for…read moreparking, seems to be taking advantage of the ill. Staff were helpful and treated my friend with concern. The hospital itself seemed clean, tidy and well kept. The doctors explained tests with great detail to put their patients mind at rest.
