We were seated and immediately ordered the bacon burger (which comes with a 1/2 a pound of ground beef with provolone and bacon). I also would recommend adding grilled onions to the burger and upgrading the fries to pub fries (seasoned fries topped with shaven Parmesan, mozzarella, and chopped bacon). The peppercorn ranch that is especially good and tied everything together. If you are looking for a craft burger spot in the heart of Tuscaloosa, I can't say enough good things about this place and it's absolutely worth checking out.

We sat ourselves and was attended to relatively fast. The menu was a good lunch menu. Several sandwiches salads and burgers. Plus a few other items. We chose to get a pretzel to start and wife got the cbr salad which is a chopped salad with bacon cheese croutons and chicken. She got it fried. I opted for the da brees sandwich which is slow roasted roast beef. I also got my fries the Messi way which has cheese and bacon. Fire. I only wish there was some kind of au jus with the sandwich. On top of that it cost 19 dollars for a black hotdog, a burger, and a side of fries (that don't come with the meal you have to pay extra). They also charge 3 dollars for water throughout the whole venue. All in all, make sure you eat and drink before you come.

It is a decent sized area that has nice seating and a small stage. The parking area is somewhat small, but luckily we were able to park next door and walk over. I will say for this hot summer day, I wish the Venue would've offered a few additional things: They didn't have enough shading. The only shad I noticed was under awnings and from the trees. I noticed that some of the picnic tables and chairs had umbrellas, but not all of them. Also I didn't see any misting areas and/or watering areas. They could do like they do at the ALABAMA games and have a huge cooler with the cheap cups and offer free water during events. Especially since this was an outside festival, water was definitely needed as I also didn't see where you could purchase water. Nonetheless, the Venue is a nice spot for events. I will have to look at their site to become more acquainted and see if they have any other events here.
