This little delivery office (and I mean little) is so cramped and tiny that if you go to retrieve a…read morepackage during peak hours (lunchtimes etc) then it's a strong possibility that you'll be queuing outside the door or jostling elbows with the other poor folk. The staff are pretty bossy and unfriendly, but so would I be if I was trapped in that little building all day.

Nice surprise - before Christmas they open at 7.00 so I was over the threshold on the dot! The office has been smartened up since my last visit (in September) and the young lady behind the counter was cheerful, polite and happy to help me. At 7.00 am that's worth brownie points in my book. So a professional service in a clean smart environment. Yes, it can get crowded but the counter staff generally do their best under some pressure, especially at this time of year. I hope it continues to be as neat and tidy as it is now, as it's definitely more pleasant to wait for your letters/parcels etc.and I imagine for the staff too.
