When challenged about this and informed that he was circumventing Post Office procedures, he said that he didn't care. When I told him that I would complain, this was met with "Go ahead" and he waved his arms at me. It will be difficult for him to deny this as I have it recorded. Why not consider giving your business to those who make their customers feel valued?

Sparsely decorated inside with little extras the staff are really friendly and helpful and always give you a service with a smile. As you would expect with a local post office the branch rarely gets busy and often you can walk up to the counter and get immediately served a huge plus point. Car Parking is available at the rear of the post office but I have had trouble finding a space to park. If you are in the area and need to post a letter or a parcel don't bother going to the city centre but give this local post office your custom it would be a shame to see it go.

A very large shop with the post office section at the back and a newsagent type area at the front…read more Queues can get very long at times as this is a popular spot.As you are winding your way around the queue area there are displays of cards, envelopes etc. but these have to be paid for at the front of the shop only. They do have many service tills however so the queue usually moves quickly and the staff are very friendly and polite. The stock is vast and you can spend ages picking the right card! I tend to go elsewhere however if i just want a few stamps to avoid the queues.
