Then at the back it has a small post office bit where you are always quick to be served. The post office is quite small and I used to find it hard to get my buggy round. But the lady and man who run it were so friendly and often helped me, you couldn't ask for better service. They still ask my parents how we are. Overall a smallish post office but has everything you need in it.

When challenged about this and informed that he was circumventing Post Office procedures, he said that he didn't care. When I told him that I would complain, this was met with "Go ahead" and he waved his arms at me. It will be difficult for him to deny this as I have it recorded. Why not consider giving your business to those who make their customers feel valued?
