Sorry, but when we come in WEEKLY and buy the exact same items, yet get charged a different amount every single time & then when we finally ask for a receipt for once to discover you over charged us you want to claim we somehow hid the "extra item". You searched your database to find my personal phone number to call to yelling at us & refusing to even allow us to speak. The second we'd try to say anything you'd hang up like a child. Your manager needs some serious training on proper customer service & how to actually talk AND listen to people. Also, learn to properly label your animals. just like the bamboo I called you out on before, that "banana spider" you have in there does not carry the spider morph. it is just a plain, single gene banana. When we pointed it out to one of your associates last week when we were in, he told us "yeah, we know, but we think it has a "wobble" so we labeled it as spider too. That's not how that works! Stop ripping people off & then yelling at them when your called out on it. Your manager needs to put her narcissism to the side, as someone who has worked retail management for over 10 years myself, I could never imagine telling a loyal customer who shops at my establishment multiple times a month, every month, for over 5 years now to never return rather than just accept that maybe my sales associate made a mistake. You are a grown, beyond middle aged woman, who acted like a toddler. Learn proper customer resolution skills!

He told us our dog was untrainable and should be put down. That he has an explosive personality that would only get worse. [our dog is 9 and had only improved sense we rescued him] We were told that we baby the dog and that we are the reason our dog was the way he was. The owner basically gave zero direction towards the training itself. He was aloof and didn't want to know the relationship between owner and dog. The owner was informed of the triggers of the dog and still proceeded to place our dog in situations that would cause the dog nothing but stress. He also told us about the fact that he would NEVER rescue a dog because that was "Dealing with other people's problems". When picking up our dog we had noticed that our dog was covered in his urine and feces, leading me to believe that the owner and trainers left our dog in his own bowl movements because they couldn't get him outside. If you have to take your animal for training or anything Wellness related, I suggest looking somewhere else. Don't put your dog through stress with these trainers, they don't care about your animals. I would honestly give 0 stars if possible.
