My last trip here, until now was in November. I bought several items one was a pair of jeans with I strip of bling going down the legs. First time I washed them the strips came off. When you spend $100 on a pair of jeans you don't expect that. So now we have driven back down to see our kids and I took the jeans in and was told they are not responsible because too much time has passed. you have lost me as a customer. it wouldn't have taken much to make me happy but you choose not to do anything.
