We took a crazy chance and contacted the store and Gina immediately responding staying that it was left behind and Carol rushed out to find us by we were already gone. Then she offered to mail it to us... in Florida. Now maybe it didn't seem like much but the fact that she took it upon herself to give the most amazing customer service possible, incur the $9 shipping the beret out to us... she has gained a customer for life. Can't wait to go back to Eureka Springs and shop in the cutest little store, with such original things and the best customer service... thank you sooo much Magpie
