I had to pay $50 for them to link the intercom to a new phone number. This is highway robbery. I went away for vacation for 3 weeks and expected this to be done and it was not done. I called MCM and was told by the extremely rude receptionist that my condo manager was on vacation and I would have to wait another week. Absolutely horrible customer service and unprofessional. Expect to chase them down again and again if you want to get something done.

They answered our calls, emails and questions in a timely manner. We thought the whole background check process was a bit much and intrusive to just rent an apartment, but I guess this is what the landlord wanted so I don't blame it on them. Emerald made the viewing of the apartment very secure in this pandemic (pre-cleaned and wiped down all surfaces before and after and used personal protective equipment the entire time of the tour). The application process was easy and approval very quick.

Renovate and double the rent again. AVOID these predators. When I moved in there was mould from a flood in the apartment above. The flood happened when I was not even living there yet. Poor Management…read more They put a notice on every door that they are gonna spray and once they are done, they are gonna put a paper on the door that says we can enter. All the people on the building can't enter because we are waiting for that paper, everyone go back and forth many times to check their doors. But they're not put any, so everyone stays for a long time  on the 1st floor, some with babies and children and old people.  Is this good for managing the building? we follow the notice and it says Failure to comply gonna fine 300$.
