If you like unique, but not weird or overpowering scents at an excellent price-point... this is your place. I ordered a bottle of Primaverde and Frescaessenza for my mama and mother-in-law, and they arrived in 3-4 days... and were both a total hit! I called today to ask about a couple perfumes that I wanted for myself, and the sweetest guy (named Enrico) answered the phone. He was so helpful in gauging my preferences, and offered to send samples of a few scents he thought I would like with my purchase. I felt as if I was in Italy again... all those times I would wander and get lost and found by a local who would offer me a drive to the train. Everything about this place puts a smile on my face... thank you!

Always friendly always helpful and if you need to know about a particular line them may I suggest that you go READ UP AND DO YOUR RESEARCH as it's not always worth it for the store to break open and make you a sample on a product line that costs them as well as you a small fortune . We're in a pandemic recovering store shutdown so have some manners gala and don't ask em to break into a bottle of goo for you! Profits are tough these days! I will say this regarding samples.. this store is the BEST at providing samples (most of my purchases are from samples) but Blue Mercury gives you the most darling little bags stuffed with terrific samples!! I was at UTC about 10 days ago looking for my favorite conditioner, Happy, Happy Joy, Joy. I was wavering buying more due to the $50 dollar price point. The conditioner just arrived and reminds me of the floral scent you pick up on when you get off the plane in Maui and a walk past a fragrant orange grove. It has rose water and orange flower with almond milk, just to name a few ingredients and the scent is a nice compliment to my 2 favorite parfumes Light Blue and Aqua D Gioa. It's a light conditioner so if your hair is very dry you might need a leave in for the ends. The sales person saw me debating the purchase and let me know they now offer a double sized bottle which saves me $30.00 dollars off the individual large size price. They didn't have any in stock so she offered me free shipping and I was sold. Great service and a great product. At least I will smell good while im staying in place.

My fiancé and I ended up here two hours before an engagement photo shoot because when we arrived in Florida the night before our luggage was stolen right after we landed. The makeup appointment with another salon fell through, shopping for an outfit was last minute- and our plans seemed out of reach. Sephora was literally my last resort to avoid going completely barefaced to my own engagement picture shoot. We walked in and asked a woman (who didn't seem so friendly)to have a full face makeup application. I almost cried when she said no, but offered an eyes only makeup application. Alright, I could work with that. That is when Meagan approached me and saw my situation (dress in hand and little idea of what look I wanted). She had an amazing, funny personality and made me look and feel beautiful. In fact, she gave me the works giving me a full face, lipstick, lipgloss, eyebrow fill on the fly. She said "this is the quickest beat I've ever done in my life" :))) lmao. I hope she reads this and knows she made my pictures turn out so beautifully.
