The tech I saw to measure and order the glasses was not friendly at all, seemed as she didn't want to be there . Right before the 2 weeks I called for an update, was told they do t have the glasses and they would find out why and call me the next week. I didn't receive the call, so I called and was told that the glasses did not pass inspection, and maybe the glasses would be ready by the weekend , I called on 05/08/2026 at my lunch break, no one answered, had to leave a message. They called and left a message on my phone that still no glasses and maybe next week. I tried to call back to speak with her, and after the phone ringing with no answer and going to voicemail, I decided to keep calling until someone answered, after the 3rd try I was able to speak with Jessie and simply asked what is the problem with my order, she said she would have to get a tech to call me back and explain.
