It's very popular and hence often busy, but the staff are so efficient and you can always ring in your order ahead to be ready on collection. After we'd only been a couple of times they remembered our "usual" - customer service fab! And if it's near closing and you ask for a small fish but a large is all that's ready they give you what's available for no extra charge.
