(we were trying to get cheaper insurance because of the rate hikes) so I called Mallets Tree Service, and they said they would cut the trees, haul them off, and grind the stumps. They left lots of logs and debris they left one tree half cut. They were done at nighttime, so we couldn't look at all of what was and was not done. So, in good faith, I paid them in full (mistake) almost three weeks ago, and they said they would return to complete the job. However, they have not shown up. When I contacted them via text and phone for an update, they seemed annoyed and said, "They'd get there when they got there." They told me they would come on Sunday but didn't show up. I'm left with a messy situation with a hurricane on the way--brush and logs still, after three weeks, lying in my yard. I'm sure there's gonna be trees down and damage, but I wouldn't use these folks 'cause she just can't count on them.

Jose's crew did a landscaping job in mid March for our front yard and back side yard. We had them…read moreput down weed barrier and gravel mostly, but also added a few shrubs and plants. By mid May we had several patches of weeds coming through the middle of the new gravel job. I called and text him to let him know and asked if he could come address and put more Weed barrier or replace-but we never got a response. We paid a lot to have weeds coming through already and now having to pull or spray weed killer. We were hoping he would come address the issue- but never has - so for that reason - I give them a poor quality review.. and if you have this type of work done- ask for better quality weed barrier!!
