He responded within the hour, gave me what I considered a fair estimate, and he and his helper began work the next day and worked for two long days hand digging a trench in order to preserve the landscaping in my front yard. He returned very early this morning to make sure the line was sealed and then filled in the trench and returned the mulch and dirt to the trench, after which he swept and washed off all of the hard surfaces. Except for a short run of grass (which will regrow) where the trench work is visible, you cannot tell a major plumbing job was completed in my yard yesterday. Based on this job, I will definitely use him for all future plumbing work.
