I got an email confirming service on Jun 25 and then an email that the scheduled freelancer cancelled on Jun 26. Assuming then no one was coming because I never got an email, my brother mowed on June 27. Later that day, someone from this outfit went and "mowed" the grass after it was already mowed, took pictures and charged me $62. So then I try to let them know, and they can "do nothing" and then I try to cancel the service and they say I am now "oblligated through July 4. I would NEVER use this sleazy brokerage of freelancers ever again - you dont know who is coming when, likely never see the same guy twice, and forget about talking to someone one the phone - instead I am being harrassed with email - simply NEVER EVER use this service
