However, on my last trip to Kauai, Dorotea dropped the ball big time. Instead of letting her know what a terrible job she did on my return I just called and told her, her services were no longer needed. To this day, I'm still not sure what happened but it ruined our trip. When my sis, daughter and I got to Honolulu on our return flight home, we had to pay several hundred dollars extra for our luggage because of whatever it was that she hadn't done a through job completing. I don't know what we would've done if we didn't have enough funds to pay the added expenses.
