For some reason, everything felt extremely rushed from the beginning. The shaping of my nails was noticeably uneven and completely off, yet she was already ready to move on and apply the color. I had to stop her because I wasn't comfortable continuing when the shape wasn't even right. I ended up leaving without finishing my nails, and now I have to take additional time out of my day to go somewhere else to have them fixed and finished. I understand salons get busy, but when someone is paying for a service, they shouldn't feel like the appointment is being rushed just to get them out of the chair. Unfortunately, today's experience was very disappointing, especially because I've been here before and expected better.

I booked a builder gel fill a WEEK AGO as I am from out of town and travel for work I wasn't able to go to my normal nail tech. I have been getting builder gel for 3 years now and I have never had it this bad. The station i was at was not clean, had nails and dust from previous clients all over. The technician who applied the builder gel applied it like cement glue on my nails. When I expressed that it was too thick and would not cure appropriately she spent the next 2 minutes filling the access away and convincing me that it would be ok. The polish application was so sloppy it dripped to the bottom of my nails and started chipping the next day and now my middle nail that was my real nail fell off and the others are starting to peel away as well. I do NOT recommend this nail salon.
