We have drove past this place lots and have always meant to try it out.

Our starters were great Himself had ribs which came bubbling in a sticky sweet sauce, he asked for extra bread to mop up it up. The bread that came was soft with herbs, not sure if they make it themselves or get it from a good bakery. I had whitebait which was hot and crunchy with a home-made tartar sauce.
We both had pizza for mains. Which were good, I would of liked my pizza base thinner. I am very fussy when it comes to pizza. We have a pizza oven in the back garden you see.
The staff were very lovely! Very personable, they found a away of checking that we were ok but not interrupting us. read more
