First, the practice feels more like an outdated gym located on the second floor of a supermarket than a professional healthcare facility. My experience was negative from the start, and it quickly became clear that I needed to find a different provider. Not only did my condition fail to improve, but I also felt constant pressure to pay for unnecessary services and products. Before my very first treatment, the chiropractor strongly pushed me to get an in-house X-ray, completely ignoring the fact that I had already provided recent, high-quality imaging results. He insisted that treatment could not proceed without his specific in-house scan, which felt entirely like a revenue-generating tactic. As visits continued, I noticed that the exact same adjustment technique appeared to be used on every single patient regardless of their specific injury or location of pain, which made me seriously question the quality of individualized care. Furthermore, the chiropractor repeatedly pressured me both in person and via text message to purchase retail equipment from his office, implying that my lack of results was my own fault for not buying his products. When the constant sales pressure became excessive, I decided to stop treatment. Immediately after leaving the practice, the chiropractor, Dr. K., became angry and aggressive regarding the account balance, despite having already received payments. The heavy pressure to undergo unnecessary in-house procedures on day one should have been my warning sign. Fortunately, I later switched to a professional, evidence-based chiropractor through my insurance directory. Since changing providers, I have completely recovered and am now pain-free. I strongly encourage others to be cautious and look elsewhere if they want a professional medical setting that prioritizes health over product sales.

I had been experiencing back pain and was on the break of not knowing what to do. After my visit with Dr. Ghorbani I realized I was great hands. I was not able to do simple things as put my shoes on or get out of the bed without being in excruciating pain. At times I could not walk without pain. Dr. Ghorbani suggested for me to get an Epidural Steroid Injection. I was little nervous and I was told by people that it would not work. Perhaps you've heard the advice "always get a second opinion" and I'm glad I followed it (real story: I have different insurance now so couldn't see my old Dr. and remain covered). Dr. Faucett did a great job of asking questions to find out what the issue was, took a small physical on the injured area and made a recommendation of a cortisone shot to try to lessen pain. My previous Dr. had said my two options were to 1. cut the wound out 2. wait and see if my body would heal itself. So already I have a third, and much more promising option presented with Dr. Faucett. The shot did not make cause any improvement so on my second visit I ask if we can try another shot. Instead Dr. Faucett recommends an MRI to get a better look at my injury and see how it's healed since my previous MRI seven months earlier, telling me he had several treatment thoughts based on what the MRI would show. After my MRI I didn't schedule my follow-up with Dr. Faucett, adding it to the to-do list instead. I was pleasantly surprised when he called me two days later to tell me he'd already reviewed the results and to discuss treatment options. His responsiveness, both via phone and email are worlds away from previous Drs I've gone to and greatly appreciated. The only thing standing between the 5th star is the reception desk at The Orthopaedic Center. Very unfriendly and brusque on each of my visits, plus they scheduled one of my appointment during a time while Dr. Faucett was out of the office - quite frustrating.

Failed knee replacement, dismissive follow-up. I needed a full revision by another surgeon…read more I chose Dr. Faucett for my total knee replacement after consulting four surgeons, because of his reputation. That was a mistake I've spent 18 months recovering from. Apart from the initial consult, all my pre-op care was handled by his PA. On surgery day, Dr. Faucett walked past me in pre-op without acknowledging me, and he never spoke to me after surgery either. I woke partway through the procedure being pulled so hard that I was sliding on the table before I was sedated more deeply. I was discharged a few hours later. From day two, something was clearly wrong. My pain was 10/10 for weeks, and at 8 days the PA moved me to a medication I had already told them didn't work for me. I couldn't bend my knee enough to use a pedal exerciser, I couldn't straighten it, and I was bruised dark purple from foot to hip for over a month. I followed every PT and medication instruction. My physical therapist, who has years of TKR experience, contacted the office herself because she felt a "hard stop" in the joint. I sent weekly updates. The response was that everything was fine, and I was made to feel I was overreacting. At 6 weeks I was told I could see the doctor "if I insisted." When I did see Dr. Faucett, at 45 degrees of flexion and -20 extension, he hadn't read my messages. He blamed my recovery on me, including not renting a $1,700 ROMtech bike, even though his PA had told me before surgery that my own equipment was adequate. He told me, with his back to me, that I'd need a manipulation under anesthesia. I saw another surgeon that same day. The surgery caused me to go from triathlete to someone who couldn't walk through a grocery store without pain, despite two manipulations and a scar tissue procedure. My revision surgery found an oversized tibial component impinging on soft tissue and nerves, and both components loose. After a complete revision with properly sized components, my recovery has been dramatically better, with a fraction of the bruising and pain. One knee replacement turned into four surgeries. In my experience, Dr. Faucett was not engaged in my care before, during, or after surgery, and when problems appeared, his office dismissed them instead of investigating. I would not choose him again, and I'd urge anyone considering him to look carefully elsewhere.

I have come in for several issues, and for each injury, the therapists really want to find out your main goal so that they can create a treatment plan that gets you to that goal in the fastest, safest and most efficient way possible. I am now back playing soccer a couple of times a week, pain free!! They recently relocated to a bigger office space, which now has an elevator. They have 2 floors, with one floor dedicated solely to the gym which gives enough space for a lot of activity.
