The flowers were fresh and smelled wonderful. Thank you so much for helping make my sister's day. She absolutely loved the flowers, and I couldn't be happier with the service and quality. One thing to note for future customers as it wasn't listed on their website: at the time of my order, the delivery fee was $12.95. I highly recommend Suzann's!

However, I was very disappointed with the arrangement that was delivered. I understand that flower arrangements can vary based on seasonal availability or substitutions, and I completely expect some differences. That said, the arrangement that arrived looked vastly different from the one advertised on their website. It wasn't just a few substitutions--it was an entirely different look and feel, which was disappointing given what I thought I was purchasing. The delivery itself was on time, but the product did not match the expectations set by the photos on their website. I hope they either update their photos to better reflect what customers will receive or make substitutions that more closely resemble the advertised arrangement.

The florist messaged to ensure someone was home due to high heat vs just leaving it to wilt at the door... I consider this an above-average customer service. I recommend this florist for all of your occasions. I will use them again in the future.

That was actually one of the main reasons I chose this particular arrangement. I even placed the order about a month in advance to make sure everything would be ready for her graduation. I didn't think much of it at the time and was happy to wait. Unfortunately, when I finally received the bouquet, the pink gerbera daisies were not included.
