I switched to Dr. Sood and told her the situation and SHE made the phone call to insurance herself. Yes- you read that right. The doctor herself made the phone call. Her exact words were, "It sounds like you've been through enough. Why don't you let us take that off your hands." They also have a text line where you can text questions 8am-8pm. I did this and had a response within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place!

They offered great incentives to their faithful employees. Sometimes I truly miss working with the Sood's. I left around January 14th 2015. So I've been gone quite some time. But from my experience working with these great people, if you are looking for a new pediatrician and can get an appointment I would take it. They'll make sure your children are well taken care of. Never makes you feel like a bad parent or stupid, even if your question really is dumb. She's willing to do an alternate / delayed Vax schedule. The new office us very modern, clean, amd large. Her nurse, Nadine is not great, but has improved a lot. (Formerly rude, slow to return calls or never returned calls, and very judgemental. ) Dr. Davis' office is affiliated with Stillwater Medical Center, so all records cam be accessed at the hospital, very convenient! They take most insurance and Sooner care. No separate waiting area for sick kids. Parking lot is well lit and has large spaces.

My kids would have literally been healthier never going here. Also, that mother in the comments above was not listened to 9 years ago. Lyme was coming in on the black legged tick, as we now know. Those cases WERE happening in Oklahoma- her doctor was not capable of looking at emerging new data back then. Physicians who are beholden to old belief sets and who cannot listen to the mother and patient are not safe.

I had an encounter today that was very out of the ordinary for that office, I've never met this woman before she works in the front at check out. She was so extremely rude and hateful, such a shame to have someone like that with that kind of attitude working for such an amazing man. I left today in tears, she was so hateful. I heard her talking about me behind the desk, I also heard her talking not so good about 2 parents that called in while I was there, someone called in about a child with a fever for a couple of days and she was asking if she should bring her kid in, when they hung up she pretty much called her dumb for not just bringing her in, they went on for about 30 seconds or so before one made eye contact and noticed I was listening. I was very upset not only to hear her say something about me but about the mom calling in. It makes me wonder what all is said not nice behind my back when I don't know whether to bring my kid in, I don't run to the doctor at the first sign of illness either, I let the body try and fight before running in. I did confront her I asked if she was giving me attitude because she was and she said yes because I'm rude, I didn't believe at all I was ever rude in that office I came out smiling from seeing Dr.D and bam! Encounter noting but gloom and hateful attitude. She was talking crap to me in front of other people in the waiting room. I've worked for surgeons before I know if I would of spoke to someone like that I wouldn't have a job. I even told her she was hurting my feelings. We will not be coming back. I know it's just 1 person out of thousands so losing one isn't anything to your pocket book, but we considered Dr. D like family. I'm heartbroken to have to leave this office but he's retiring soon so might as well transition now. I was a professional relations coordinator in my last position and I actually trained offices on customer relations, I can tell you right now! That woman needs that training!!! Dr. d we love you!
