As a contact wearer for a long time, I'm always concerned about my eye health. I trust they're making sure my retina, cornea, lens, iris, optic nerve, macula, sclera and that ever important vitreous body are all in tip-top shape. They do both medical exams and "vision" exams (the one where you get glasses afterwards) and I've had both. Even though they stopped taking my vision insurance, I think they still take my medical insurance so I plan on continuing here for those. Again, they go all Henry David by being Thorough. The staff is always super helpful and accommodating and I get some cool roll up sunglasses on each trip! That Florida sun can be bright when I have eyes like Betty Boop! I will say their pricing on glasses is a bit high, so you may want to take your prescription and head to Costco or some other place to get the style you like at a reasonable price. But not a reason to drop a star, IMFO.

For starters, its been a decade for them providing me this service so I suppose that says it all for my satisfaction with the service here. I don't have any complaints. I typically call in the Summer to schedule my annual visit for the Fall. I've always been able to get my first or second appointment choice without issue. They are pretty good with the automated and personal reminders for appointments. If an earlier appointment becomes available, you'll get automated message to opt for the earlier appointment if you want it. Once on site, I'm typically greeted by the staff working up front in the showroom doing eye glass fittings, etc. The exam in performed in the back. At check-in, you're ID and insurance is verified and you're given a clip board with documents to complete. Probably best to arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to have time to complete these without a rush. Most of the time, I've probably waited 5-10 minutes after handing in my clip board before the tech takes me in for the ocular screenings. This takes about 10-15 minutes. Sometimes the Doc is immediately ready for you and sometimes there could be a short wait. Once you're done with the Doc, you pay and receive your prescription, if you have one. If you have a prescription and want to fill it, then you'd see the staff up front. Everyone has been cordial, friendly and helpful. Overall, its been good enough for me to continue coming back.

Those Seeds of Change Quinoa bags are much cheaper than Sprouts. There are just so many good products that are the same as the other stores that are just less money. Why pay more when you can pay less. Some things are more (i.e. Soda Pop which is never on sale at Walmart, but regularly on sale at the others), so you really do need to know your prices and sale items at other stores. The other thing I love about this store is they've gotten a lot better with plant based items. They have the best prices on Impossible Meat items which are rarely on sale at the other stores. They have a good selection of Gardein items as well as other stuff too. And their 3 packs of Romaine are always under $3. Salmon is a good price and they have some keto and low carb breads that I can't even find at the other stores. Frozen Shrimp for delicious shrimp cocktail is a good buy too. The timing was longer than expected but I was in no rush. Had I been, I probably would be a little frustrated. After they let me know to come in, Tiffany surprised me and kindly provided additional stones to the piece that needed updating to what I desired. The timeline was longer again but I already accounted for this either because I think they are busy or delivery of their vendors. I think a little improvement on communication between them and a client could really help this place. As said, I do and will come back here for repairs and redesigning.
