The owner first began by recording the phone call which was a red flag. I explained I booked an appointment, etc. She proceeded to berate me about playing a joke on her and her business, being in business for 20 years, she didn't need an explanation of class pass. Here I am, drove over 40 mins to get here, for the owner to disrespect a potential customer, take out her frustration of life on a innocent person seeking a massage? Who hurt you? This business owner claims to be a person with a law degree and wants to take me to Court? Please do. For trying to patron her business? How about learning basic respect and class.
