I called to see about redeeming the offer and the girl on the phone said well if you don't have it in YOUR email, you can't use it, that's wrong. They must teach them to lie to people. This isn't the first time I've received sketchy info. She said it would cost me 42.00 for one booth spray. I don't recommend this place

Holy cow this place really loves themselves! Got a free one time visit off their website, but when…read moreI went to use it, I was told it was no longer valid because the month was over. It didn't say that at all on the text they sent me. Anyway, ok, whatever, I'll just do a walk in. Asked how much for a one time walk in and the girl, with a straight face, said $51. For a one time visit walk in when 4 days ago it would have been free? Ok, humor me, what's the next level down bed price? $10 cheaper. No freaking way! What makes me so mad is that there are 4 other tanning places 10 minutes down the street that are a third of this price, but I came here for the free visit, which was a complete waste of gas, and because they are open later and no where else was open at the time i could go. I dont care who make your beds, or if you are corporate, how about either put an expire date on a gift you give away on your website so as to not waste people's time, or honor it because i am not a mind reader on your marketing team goals and rules, or lower the freaking price! Sad how greedy businesses are sometimes. Get over yourself, Palm Beach Tan. Even if you do have the best beds, I'll never know because I'd never pay half a bill just to tan one freaking time.

Welcome to the way to get a glow Peachtree City Style! This…read morelittle tanning spot placed in the nook of a small shopping center didn't seem too appealing on the exterior. Once inside it is nicer than expected. I was greeted right away by the front desk gal who very welcoming. I explained to her my needs and what I wasn't sure I needed haha. The prices at this place are much more competitive than the other spots I visited prior to Elite tan. I actually left a tanning spot that day due to its overpriced packages. I decided on a 5 sessions "Gold package" + a bronzer that was recommended by the front desk gal at a 2 for $12 deal + a little pickup me beverage total $80.00. Not too shabby!! I entered the tanning bed it was clean for sure a bit outdated, but clean. They also offered in the room a clean hand towel, sanitized goggles and a pre packaged sweet treat. The bulbs felt like they were just changed and 9 minutes in the stand up bed did it for me. I am used to tanning my skin does very well and tans easily. Unfortunately, there was no music that I could figure out how to use so I turned up my pandora and listened to my music that way. Overall I recommend this place Cleanliness - 5 Friendliness- 5 Knowledge of products- 5 Price - 5 I am glad I chose this place over an overpriced spot. The only issue I had was I was not offered to be shown how to use the tanning bed and although I have years of experience in had to kind of figure this bed out and I still don't know if it's possible to play music in there.

I went in the first day but then had a medical issue and an area on my body got infected. I called the facility the very next day and asked if I could either get a refund or a trade in for spray tan instead of beds the girl at the front desk was very nice and called the manager and then called me back and said no they cannot and there was no explanation as to why. I then since I only went once if I could give the rest of my sessions to a and once again, the front desk called the manager, and she said no, and gave no other explanation all of this the girl desk said the she would call me. It's been three days and she hasn't called me once I've worked at a tanning salon before and I know how these packages work. It could've been totally doable to transfer my services to another girl, but instead management ignored me and just said no with no reason as to why. again, this place is nice and the staff very nice and friendly, but poor management.

From what I personally observed, employees were often spoken to in ways that seemed disrespectful and unprofessional. I watched young employees become stressed and upset, and I noticed several new employees disappear after only a short time. That gave me the impression that the workplace has a high turnover and isn't a positive environment. It also appeared that some employees were treated differently than others. As a customer, I also felt like the main priority was making money. The prices are very expensive, and calling it a "wellness" salon feels misleading to me. Other than red light therapy, it mostly seemed like a regular tanning salon with premium pricing. I've also had interactions with employees who came across as rude, which only added to the negative experience. I'd rather support businesses that value both their employees and their customers. Based on everything I've experienced and observed, I won't be returning...
