I never leave reviews but I am at a loss of what to do at this point. We booked a move out house…read morecleaning a week ago so the house was completely empty so we assumed the cleaning would be smooth and easy. After the initial clean many areas of the house were skipped and still dirty. The initial cleaning took 2.5 hours and we paid $345 plus tip. We contacted them within the 24 hour period to let them know we were not happy with the results and we are busy moving so this is an added stress, they offered to do a reclean. We scheduled the reclean for a week later/today and they gave us the window of 2-4pm for arrival. It's now almost 6pm and they are not responding to our calls, voicemails, or texts to get an update on their arrival or reschedule. Still unclear if they are going to do a reclean and have no info or updates. This has been extremely frustrating because we are trying to coordinate with our land lord and have been busy moving so this was the last issue we needed. We are now going to have to drive back to the house an hour away and clean it ourselves. Update- after I posted this review they finally got back to us and said they were cleaning the house at 6:36pm. We drove an hour the next day to check and it seemed sufficient. Still would not recommend given all the added stress this caused during our move. They didn't offer any type of refund either.
