Due to the difficulty and risk involved for excavation, it was hard to find a contractor to take on the job but from my initial consult with Victor, him and his team noted their experience with these scenarios and he was confident they can do it in less than a day. They took care of demoing a large plot of concrete pad from a 3 bedroom house, a chain link fence and the footing for the fence (which, surprise, went two feet deep!) for us and hauled all the debris away, which totaled a couple tons in his huge 10 wheeler dump truck!
