We were a pretty big group of seven, and it did take the servers a while to get all our drinks and food out to us. That said, the food itself was very good for being a Pan-Asian restaurant smack-dab in the middle of Germany. The larger main courses were more in the varietal Teishoku style, and their sushi rolls were as good as any you'd eat in the San Francisco Bay Area (which is to say ... pretty good!). The one thing that put a bit of a damper on the dinner for me was that I'd ordered a half-liter of beer, and asked once again if it was coming out as it had been a while. Well, two different servers returned with a half-liter each, so I had to gulp down a liter of beer in front of my friend's family which probably didn't look so good. :-P Other than that, Vinami was very good. I would come here again, only next time I'll be sure to ask ONE person for a beer and ask only them if it takes a while to come out.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and always have the best recommendations if you're overwhelmed with all the choices in the menu. The food is so flavorful and enriching that it makes me home-sick, and the dish is decorated beautifully to take an instagram-worthy pic. I would definitely be returning, and if you're a foody with a love for Asian cuisine, I would highly recommend visiting!

As the saying goes, you can polish a turd, but it's still sh*t. The renovations are nice, and I do like that when you arrive for take out or dining-in they bring out a tray of these little white rice snacks. There was a couple dining-in and the food they were served looked well presented, so I had high hopes for my takeout food. Unfortunately, it was the same sh*t they use to serve, same bad taste, same expensive prices to pay for garbage. I tried the Duck for my first experience, but it came in a white container with tons of grease...definitely was not appetizing. The second time, I tried the sweet and sour pork with extra spicy sauce. The sweet and sour sauce was literally congealed which made the pork soggy and soft...it was like a messy goop in my mouth...yuck. I've tried some of the side items as well, the egg rolls are pretty big, not a traditional egg roll, but it's semi-decent aside from all the grease. My husband likes this place for the chicken fried rice, but in my opinion it's the driest unseasoned fried rice I've ever tasted. I can almost guarantee you the only reason people keep coming back is because it's the closest thing to Chinese food in Baumholder vicinity. Honestly, Manchu Wok is way better than this place...and that's saying a lot.
