visited the area on a Sunday. our desired destination turned us away without reservations, so we…read morewere left with what was open. there was a bar (that smelled a bit how a bar smells during the day), a McDonald's, and something called Buffalo Grill.
the menu, posted outside on a gigantic totem pole, was a little generic and scary, but the whole scene, including the American country music coming out of the building, had us intrigued. and, y'know, we've BEEN to McDonald's....
so, Buffalo Grill is like... if a Bonanza and a TGIFriday's had a love child. i would definitely recommend a visit, in a similarly pinched situation, for the fun of it.
if you're a meat-eater, get the hunter's plate, with [severely] chargrilled portions of buffalo, ostrich, and.... what was that third meat....? have a novelty cocktail and see "the old west" through some red fringe.
