We briefly discussed the only RAV4 in stock in the trim level I wanted. Everything moved very quickly after the call. Amanda was straightforward and the deal was simple and easy to understand. Amanda paid attention to details of our conversations. I did not have to repeat myself or haggle about a single issue. When I told Amanda the tax on the offer was $100 too much, I got zero attitude. Amanda looked into it and the number was corrected. Amanda walked out to meet me as I pulled into the lot the morning I arrived. My appointment was at 9am on a Saturday and the whole deal was done by 10am. Amanda sat with me afterwards to make sure I got Apple CarPlay set up.
