The small blond girl at the counter told me, if I wanted credit under their battery warranty, I had to give them the battery. They would charge it and check it to see if it really is bad. Takes about "two days." I asked, "So, what do I do for a battery until then?" She replied, "I don't know." I purchased my battery elsewhere and won't be returning. I expect a rational return policy.

We needed more seating for all the people we constantly lug around and I wanted more ability to carry stuff if we didn't have passengers. We looked everywhere and everyone wanted at least a couple grand down along with the trade in and no one wanted to give us a decent value on our vehicle. Then we found something here that worked for us. A 7 seater Buick Enclave. Now don't get me wrong, we loved our little Kia Soul but it just wasn't big enough. Well, Tony D found a way to get us into the Enclave with no money down, just the trade in. We are ecstatic. And the process wasn't even painful. I give Rapids Ford 15 thumbs up. And in case everyone is wondering, yes these guys can help even if your credit isn't at 600 yet. Mine is only 595, my old man's is a few points lower. Rapids Ford will fight to help you. Long story short, went in for some repairs. When we got our boat back, it was in worse condition…read morefrom when we dropped it off. Got the steering cables replaced and when we got the boat on the water when turning left, the boat turned right and vice versa. When I called to see how they could rectify this problem (after spending OVER a few hundred dollars) the gentleman on the phone instructed me on how to fix it. How kind of him, but after spending close to $500 I shouldn't have to fix my own boat ‍ Also, the lady who answers the phone should really try and up her customer service skills
