    My review is for the service department. I brought my truck in for a safety recall. Scheduling by…read morephone was easy. Made an appointment for 8:00 AM. Repair was stated to take 3 hours. Dropping off my truck was easy. They even had free shuttle service to downtown (I didn't want to wait on it). I picked it up late in the afternoon. The guy that provided the shuttle service was great. 5 stars for that guy. The customer service was a 5 star. They explained the repair. Provided me with an additional assessment on what I may need in the future. If I didn't already have a trusted repair shop, I would have no problem bringing my vehicles here to be worked on. So why not 5 stars? Minor stuff. Mainly the web site was jacked up and would not let me schedule my appointment online. The repair was scheduled for 3 hours but when I called at noon, it still wasn't ready. Perhaps they knew I could wait and put it lower in the priority queue. It had no impact to me but why schedule a time when you want me to leave it all day. Overall, I recommend. Like I stated, the folks here were fantastic to work with.

We highly recommend him if you're in the market for a new car and don't want a high pressure salesman. He wants you to be in the car that is best for you and will help you find it. Thank you Luis, Parkway is lucky to have you on the team. The sales manager worked a fair deal for us and the business manager got us in and out quickly. very happy with this purchase.

    Over the holidays my car decided to act up. The sales advisor was helpful and listened to my…read moredescription of what needed to be repaired. She arranged for an appt to drop off my car. The estimate came quickly based on the sensor data. The downside was the car needed parts that weren't in stock at the dealership. Since it was the holidays it took a week and a half to get me back on the road. My service advisor was very friendly and was able to answer my questions and stayed in touch through the repair process. While I waited for the last minute details and added car inspection for my tag renewal to the work order Sarah was quick to make it happen. In the meantime I had their coffee, bottled water and snacks which is free. Finally they threw in a free car wash. Everyone I came in contact with at this dealership is friendly and helpful. I trust them with my car and have never needed to go elsewhere. They offer free pickup and drop off as well. Very pleased as I drove off w my freshly washed car and its new paddle shifter, water pump and brakes. If the bill is costly as it is sometimes they offer Sunbit to help you with their payment plan just ask.

    I have been a customer at this location since 2008. Have seen at least 4-5 service department…read moremanager s come and go, maybe more. Each one promising to turn that department around, yet here I am. I purchased a 2021 Palisade brand new and loved my car until around Oct 2025, when it started having oil/engine problems. First it took multiple trips, unnecessary repairs, 3-4 oil changes in less than before 6 months before they could even pinpoint what could be the problem. At the time the new service manager, Matt, which made all the promises that he would take care of a loyal customer, ensured he would help resolve any issues, now will not even talk to me or my husband. He will walk right pass sit his office so he can hear everything being said but not come out until you leave. We have watched this happen. To be fair, I think he has since be promoted to the Genesis side, and there is a new Matt w tattoos ( have not talked to him once as he does the same thing). We don't cause problems, raise our voices, and have done everything they have asked us to do as we know there is a process. There is a recall on the engine, yet now 7 months later my older car( the language they use now) is very low on oil sitting in my driveway because we are waiting to hear back from hyundai customer service and dont want my engine to lock up. Just had my car serviced on 3/20 with and oil change. My car has less than 90,000 so i don't understand why this is not resolved. I had the oil consumption test 3 times, had engine oil clean out , yet oil low as of today. At 1000 miles they deem it good but apparently it's not. To add insult to injury every time my car in there being "worked on", the sales dept calls to try to get me to buy a new car. I love the Palisades, very first time I saw one I wanted it; it is a beautiful luxury car. Most expensive car i have every bought, but if they only have a life expectancy of 5 years I need to rethink getting another one (lol). I honestly just think is is the dealship I am dealing with. If I do get another one it will not be with Bob King Hyundai of WS. I will add Kirsten has been helpful each time we have come down there, at least she remembers your name and talks to you but she can only do so much. As from past experiences the service dept managers make promises and do not deliver. Will see what happens next
