Previous to hearing about Midway we had a horrible experience with a mobile RV maintenance business that essentially left us defeated and without any answers. With the weather calling for lows expected under 20 degrees the next couple of nights we felt like there was no hope of getting it fixed in time. From my very first phone conversation with Midway they were friendly and offered to have a couple of guys take a look at our furnace despite being a busy time for them. The next day two employee made time and after hours of experimenting and repair they were able to fix our furnace! Mike and Daren were exactly the type of people you could only wish for when you're in a predicament like ours. They were friendly and explained everything that they were doing and why. They went above and beyond to help us out to get our furnace working which is something we just don't experience very often anymore.

The body repair guy pointed out the significant body repair to ALL 4 sides of it. The auto mechanic pointed out the structural damage. It can not be aligned. They both said a "clean Carfax" doesn't mean anything. People can pay cash for repairs and if it's not reported, it never makes it to the Carfax report. I called Carfax and they said the same thing, too bad so sad. I read the other negative reviews about this dealership, and also the replies to every complaint from the dealership, dismissing the negative reviews. I presume this review will be objected to in similar fashion. This dealership is the classic used car lot that people distrust, and for a very good reason. Consider yourself warned. They said 90% of their business is internet sales. If they'll lie straight to our faces, you'd better believe they'll lie over the internet.
