He replaced all my fuel injectors EG.R valve And line As well as a tune up, he threw in a free oil Change. And explained everything in detail so well that I understood what he was saying. He only had my truck for about a day and a 1/2.That's insane to me! And I felt for everything he did.It was a lot cheaper there than it would have been in another shop if they had been able to work on it. I'm also having a small issue with my ac and heat and instead of trying to get more money he physically showed me what I needed to by on my truck and were to find it cheap! Now my truck runs perfectly and it's quiet now! Dane is a great guy I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles to him! Thanks again everyone over at your shop!

Pretty stingy place to look for a vehicle,…read more I inquired on carfax.com about a 2025 Jeep Gladiator Mojave, later that day I was called by unfortunately later to find out an absolutely awful salesman by the name of Steve Myers. (I feel awful for anyone who has to work with this egotistical sore loser) I asked over the phone if the vehicles price is negotiable and if I could toss in an offer, he stated how the dealership is a volume dealer and their prices are put "aggressively" which didn't ultimately answer the question but I didn't think much of it and tossed in an offer. Few hours later I was told that the vehicles price is firm, to which I responded by saying "Okay, let me know if anything changes", he tried to justify the price by sending me a data analysis report of similar spec to spec vehicles within a 300 mile radius of the dealership, his vehicle was ranked 3rd for best price in the market, I asked him "where's the location of the first two" to which he claims that locations are not given. After doing not even 10 minutes of digging, I found both. 2 days later, he messages me saying "I saw it." In my response to me seeing the vehicle he failed to provide me information on. Cool I guess? 4 days later, he sends me the listing again and he drops the vehicles price by about $200-300-ish. I told him to delete all my information as I'll be looking for other options in the market since I wasn't too fond of his tone from the start, he states my offer "was not exceptionally fair" to which I show him a better vehicle in the market with a lower price than his AND lower miles than his. His response? "Go buy it." What a ways to go for a salesman Anyways, spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you're looking for a vehicle, this place does NOT deserve your business.

Unfortunately, I come bearing disappointing news as I am not a male nor do I know an abundance…read moreabout vehicles but I do know enough as I worked as a receptionist in an automotive shop for 3 years. I called the Lewis Ave location earlier today to make sure that they had 2018 Ford Escape oil filters on hand, I'm a home body and I would rather not drive around town aimlessly if I can go to one store and be done. When I called I was waiting for someone to pick up the phone for at least a good minute. An employee, who will remain to be unnamed, answered. I asked my question about the oil filter and I was asked to hold. I did so for 6 1/2 minutes, now this may not be a long time to some people and I truly wasn't bothered until a different employee, who again will remain to be unnamed, answered and asked if he could help me. Now don't get me wrong I understand COVID, and being busy during the holidays but I am a paying customer who is valuable whether in the store or not. I proceeded to tell the second gentleman that "I thought I was waiting for someone to just let me know if they had oil filters for my 2018 Ford Escape in stock." If I'm being honest here, I was confused, I was under the assumption that I was waiting for someone to come back on the phone with me to just say yes or no. This gentleman proceeds to snap back and say "Yes, we have several and they are $4.99 each." I attempt to say "Thank you very much!" But I was rudely hung up on with nothing further said. Needless to say, they have very poor customer service at this location and I do not recommend going there.
