I called today at 10:45 and was old the mechanic was working on the brakes because the parts just came in. Three hours later I call and I am told the parts just came in and the mechanic is working on my car. I ask to speak to the manager and they said he won't be back for 40 minutes. I questioned 40 minutes and was told he just went to lunch. Yesterday I was told my car wasn't started because the mechanic had to go to lunch.

They did the oil change with the recommended oil and filter, then they even took my tires off and checked my brakes and front end and brought me inside the garage to show me my car.
