"i'm looking for the kid with the loud mouth" (that was referring to me after i hung up on him for screaming at me. there are other reviews on here stating he held cars for up to 7 months, and screamed at other customers. i really tried to diffuse the situation too. just take it from the few of us who weren't so easily screwed by this guy: go somewhere else. if you have any doubts, just try to see if he is registered with the better business bureau. if he had nothing to hide, he would be registered. anyone can turn a bolt and call themselves a mechanic, but if you want professionals, go somewhere else.

The fluid was so bad it was interfering with the electrical system causing all my dash light to go on and my dials not to work at all. Thank the Lord he was the one to pick up the phone and offer to clean it up for me when I called. If the "older" long term employee who greeted me at the register 1st when I arrived had picked up the phone he would never had seen me and as he said at the desk "you have to take it to a garage" would have told me that on the phone having me to worried to drive it home 20 miles from work tonight. I should have asked his name but that problem could have been so much worse of a single "older lady" driving home tonight and beyond. If I had a $100 bill i would have given to the young worker. As far as the older guy, he didn't even want my helper to help. Not a very good example for the next generation coming up. I hear that store has a had time keeping worker. Hummm. Wonder why.
