When it persisted, I returned under warranty and was told there was no leak. Two months later, I returned for my PA inspection. Glenn's now found a different "hazardous" oil leak and would fail the inspection unless I authorized $2,500+ in repairs on the spot. I refused, they failed my inspection. I took the car to Mercedes-Benz Fort Washington, they passed the inspection, found those repairs unnecessary, and found the active leak was still coming from Glenn's prior repair. Glenn's picture showed me where the oil leak had traveled to, not the source of it. If you filter though the PR noise and do your research, you will notice my experience is not isolated.

Has there been any recent posts with good reviews? They forgot to put the nuts back on the rear wheel. Drove off got to Ridge Pike after paying for the service got about 3 miles down the road and the rear wheel went flying off the car, the car slammed down to the street, damaged the rotor, brakes, wheel and tire and scared the living shit out of me. The wheel flew down the road about 100 ft and just missed oncoming car and the tire tracked up onto the curb and sidewalk in front of a parking lot. Close call. Ask about this next time you use these guys. Ask them if they remembered if they tightened the nuts in the wheels!

Ken's has helped with general maintenance and repair on our cars ranging from an old Ford Ranger to a new Audi A5--always ensuring they actually identify and solve problems before returning the vehicle and always being reasonable with their prices and great with their communication. They make the whole process easy and, bonus, never make me feel ridiculous for using sound effects to try to explain what's wrong with my car. If I were to consider moving away from this area, Ken's would honestly be on my pro/con list under "Reasons to Stay." So, yeah, I think you should take your vehicles to Ken's.
