Huge shoutout to Roberto for helping me out when my car suddenly wouldn't start before work and then again after work the same day! Since I had just gotten my car serviced about a month ago and the mechanic told me my battery was still good, I honestly thought the problem was my starter. Roberto took the time to check everything out and helped confirm it was actually the battery. He was super helpful, professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. He helped replace my battery quickly and made the whole process stress-free. I really appreciated how patient he was while answering my questions. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays! read more

This is my go to AutoZone. They always give good service. But yesterday I had exceptional service. Went in for a battery and the New Manager helped us. He was so kind and I didn't even have to ask him to put the battery in. He saw the problem and handled it rt away. Made my visit so simple, fast and made me feel like he cared. Thank you AutoZone!! This new manager is going to be such a great addition to this location. read more

Went to this AutoZone Sunday with my husband he doesn't speak any English he didn't get the help he need and was given the wrong part the person who helped him was very rude and seemed annoyed . We had to return the part after our mechanic said it wasn't the right part I went around 8 the seemed to be pretty Busy the person that helped me said they couldn't find the right part ( didn't have name tag on ) but it seemed like he was rushing me out the door it was around closing time but it seemed rude. I'm giving 4 stars for the sole reason of a young lady that was outside whom I approached her and asked if she could help us inside since the other gentleman seemed to be "busy " she said she didn't work there but she could help us out went on her phone got me parts and she also called the store that did have the part I ended up driving the the AutoZone on Vegas driver and it was on the counter ready to go. I asked for her name she said Victoria but she did not give me a last name I really do wish we could get people like her at my local AutoZone really wish I asked what store she worked at so we can get her help again. Will not be coming back to THIS AutoZone read more

The service was not that great. Someone jumped in front of me while the employee proceeded to help the person though I was in line first. Teach employees proper etiquette within service customers. read more

Worst, absolute worst autozone I've ever been to, I have given it its last chance. Every time I visit the managers and/or employees don't help. They act like it's a store that's going out of business and closing the next day. They suck for returns, looking for parts, or checking check engine lights, they do it all badly or not at all. I'd say maybe it was just this time but it's been like 2 years of giving it chances and it's as if all they're good for is ringing me up and even that was stressful because one time, I was pointed to a self check out I didn't even know existed and then left me there like WTH? I don't have problems at any other location, I think they've just dealt with too much and don't have enough employees, but still come on. read more

Darryl was very helpful in assisting & made my experience easy & positive! Recommend this location!

Roberto (idk how to spell his name) with the glasses is a Top Tier Employee. Always very helpful and polite. Never gives off "I don't want to do this" energy. The blonde Manager lady is still great and has been for years. Sorry I don't know there actual names. read more

I have gone to this location various times, and I had an excellent experience! Most recently, I went to this location to purchase replacement brake light bulbs. The employee, Jason, was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me change my brake light. Unfortunately, my break light was stuck, couldn't be changed, and chipped during the process. Jason ordered me a replacement brake light which was pricier than I expected, at no cost. I was highly impressed with Jason's effort, and the brake light should have slid off easily. When I returned to pick up the brake light, a helpful male employee showed me how to unscrew the bolts in my trunk and walked me through how to change the bulbs myself. When I got home, I tried to slide the brake light off and felt like a knight attempting to pull Excalibur out of the stone! I wound up calling Ricky, a.k.a. King Arthur, the owner of Royal Touch body shop, and he finally got the brake light off! He had to stick a rope into the space, hammer out a dent that prevented the brake light from coming off, and yank the stuck brake light off! I had numerous experiences at this Autozone where the employees were courteous and eager to help. I highly recommend this location, and I will continue to go here for my basic auto needs. read more

There was several people working and yet no help from anyone. I stood in line for 7 minutes and no one said anything, like I'll be with you in a minute. The workers just kept talking amongst themselves. I walked over to the cashier stand where there was no one either and stood them waiting to check out for another 10 minutes put everything I needed back and walked out. read more

Do your self a favor and drive down the street to a better auto parts store. Was dealing with Avert the manager on duty and he could not be any more rude or disrespectful. I can take my business somewhere else. read more

Worst service ever Mr. P. He was so ignorant he could not tell the me the part without seeing it even after giving all the particulars. His ignorance was not the only issue. It was his attitude and overall laziness. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by answering the phone. Folks, this is what the pandemic has left us with an ignorant lazy workforce without any intrinsic work ethics. There are plenty of car parts stores in the area. Find one that values your business. This one clearly does not. I only gave it two stars because all the fake reviews give extremes at both levels. Rest assured this is the result of an actual encounter. I won't list the full name of the employee but Mr. P's first name starts with a p and ends with a p. read more

Quick and easy service. The techs here are admirably nice and eager to assist! The prices are good and the location is stellar !

I know this location tends to get a bad rap but the associates are amazing and work hard! They do not determine the prices of products but they are there willing to lend a helping hand whenever they can! Even when they have to deal with the most ridiculous, rude, impossible & impatient customers ever! Somewhere along the line customers forget they do have the right to refuse service, you're not the only customers, they are not employed as mechanics ( not there to fix or service your ) so if they are taking the time out of their schedule to assist you; be kind! It cost you absolutely nothing to be kind! However; it will a to have your put on a rack at a shop just to at it! read more

Tyrone helped me install a battery shim. I wouldn't have had a good connection with my battery otherwise. He was beyond gracious and interacted cordially and warmly with every customer he came in contact with. I had to run to another AZ to buy the shim because this location was out of stock but returned because I felt Tyrone was more knowledgeable on how to install is vs. the other location. That's what great service looks like! read more

Was there today to buy windshield wipers. I usually go to this location because not only is it convenient but I always get good service. Today was completely the opposite. It was not busy at all but the man that assisted me or should I say did not assist me seemed not interesting in helping me. I went up to counter when I was called up by this older man. During the couple minutes that I was at counter he was more busy trying to figure out other things instead of helping me. After the 3rd time of him walking away as I was trying to ask questions I just walked out. He didn't even say excuse me I will be right back he would just walk away. Never been treated with complete rudeness!! read more

Went in for A/C re charge and Grace was super helpful and got me out quick had patience when Apple Pay wasn't working correctly

Customer service is great and people are helpful here. I got my new car battery here and it was done in a jiffy. I went back to get my car remote battery replaced and the guy that helped me (I think his name was Brandon) went the extra mile to help me unscrew my complicated remote and fix the battery. When it gets busy it can be a bit of a wait because there aren't too many staff around. But overall my two experiences here have been pleasant!! read more

This location is the nearest to my home, but I will no longer use them unless it is a total emergency. Their customer service is the worst. Two different occasions I have had to wait for over 10 minutes with the items I am purchasing at the register while at least 4 different employees walk by me?! I do not understand why I get looked at by the people in red and gray shirts and not even a "be there in a min" or "can I help you". Sorry but this location is horrible for that reason. So bad that the second time I stood there for 10 min I finally just walked out and ran down to next parts store. Way to serve your customers and lose them in the process. read more

Called store and guy answered and asked me how he could help. He didn't ask me to hold, he asked how to help. I asked him if they have a 27mm deep well socket... he replied "Um um well I'm with a customer can you hold and can I get someone else to talk to you?" I waited on hold and then hung up. Crappy customer service. If you are busy with a customer truly then say so in the beginning, don't ask how can you help me and then defer. I'll be going elsewhere for my tools. Harbor Freight is next door and O'reillys is worth the drive. read more

I'll give this company two stars because they do have a lot of products however their customer service is the worst. Me and my boyfriend went in here to get two things and there was one person working at the register taking half an hour while five people or waiting to purchase their items and another five staff members were in different parts of the store lollygagging around. I would say AutoZone it's self is a good store but the people employed there are definitely not meant to be doing Customer Service and should find employment elsewhere. read more

Since the move AND new staff a couple years ago service and atmosphere has been great!! Well it looks like we're back to the same old song and dance with service. Last two times in there the staff have been rude and unsympathetic or unwilling to even smile.
