Went to this AutoZone Sunday with my husband he doesn't speak any English he didn't get the help he need and was given the wrong part the person who helped him was very rude and seemed annoyed . We had to return the part after our mechanic said it wasn't the right part I went around 8 the seemed to be pretty Busy the person that helped me said they couldn't find the right part ( didn't have name tag on ) but it seemed like he was rushing me out the door it was around closing time but it seemed rude. I'm giving 4 stars for the sole reason of a young lady that was outside whom I approached her and asked if she could help us inside since the other gentleman seemed to be "busy " she said she didn't work there but she could help us out went on her phone got me parts and she also called the store that did have the part I ended up driving the the AutoZone on Vegas driver and it was on the counter ready to go. Worst, absolute worst autozone I've ever been to, I have given it its last chance. Every time I visit the managers and/or employees don't help. They act like it's a store that's going out of business and closing the next day. They suck for returns, looking for parts, or checking check engine lights, they do it all badly or not at all. I'd say maybe it was just this time but it's been like 2 years of giving it chances and it's as if all they're good for is ringing me up and even that was stressful because one time, I was pointed to a self check out I didn't even know existed and then left me there like WTH? I have gone to this location various times, and I had an excellent experience! Most recently, I went to this location to purchase replacement brake light bulbs. The employee, Jason, was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me change my brake light. Unfortunately, my break light was stuck, couldn't be changed, and chipped during the process. Jason ordered me a replacement brake light which was pricier than I expected, at no cost. I was highly impressed with Jason's effort, and the brake light should have slid off easily. When I returned to pick up the brake light, a helpful male employee showed me how to unscrew the bolts in my trunk and walked me through how to change the bulbs myself. When I got home, I tried to slide the brake light off and felt like a knight attempting to pull Excalibur out of the stone! I wound up calling Ricky, a.k.a. King Arthur, the owner of Royal Touch body shop, and he finally got the brake light off! He had to stick a rope into the space, hammer out a dent that prevented the brake light from coming off, and yank the stuck brake light off! I had numerous experiences at this Autozone where the employees were courteous and eager to help. I highly recommend this location, and I will continue to go here for my basic auto needs. read more

He was beyond gracious and interacted cordially and warmly with every customer he came in contact with. I had to run to another AZ to buy the shim because this location was out of stock but returned because I felt Tyrone was more knowledgeable on how to install is vs. the other location. Was there today to buy windshield wipers. I usually go to this location because not only is it convenient but I always get good service. Today was completely the opposite. It was not busy at all but the man that assisted me or should I say did not assist me seemed not interesting in helping me. I went up to counter when I was called up by this older man. During the couple minutes that I was at counter he was more busy trying to figure out other things instead of helping me. Called store and guy answered and asked me how he could help. He didn't ask me to hold, he asked how to help. I asked him if they have a 27mm deep well socket... he replied "Um um well I'm with a customer can you hold and can I get someone else to talk to you?" I waited on hold and then hung up. Two different occasions I have had to wait for over 10 minutes with the items I am purchasing at the register while at least 4 different employees walk by me?!
